A man in Palm Beach ended up with injuries to his legs after an altercation with his girlfriend. According to the news report, the police went to the scene at Southeast Starfish Avenue because of a report that stated that a man had been run over by a car.
When they arrived, the 24-year-old man was lying on the ground. His legs had abrasions, suggesting that he’d been hit.
When the girlfriend discussed what happened with police, she stated that she and her boyfriend had been in an argument. She decided to leave and got into her vehicle. However, he attacked her, according to her story, and he held onto her as she attempted to flee in her vehicle. She claims he slipped and was run over by falling under the vehicle.
The man was arrested at the scene and taken to a local hospital to receive treatment. He was jailed following the incident. It’s not clear if he’ll be facing charges as of yet.
